For 50 years, the Board of Directors, Staff and Employees have worked diligently to provide our Consumers with the services that were promised in the ARC Mission Statement below. Our dedicated service and concern for each individual Consumer has ensured this level of service, and we will continue to live up to our charge as we enter our next 50 years.

The ARC was established to provide residential habilitative services and recreational opportunities to developmentally disabled adults and senior citizens; to improve the quality of life of these individuals through integration into the community; to maximize each individual's capacity for independence; to provide opportunity for their continued growth; to advocate for their needs and to educate significant others and the community at large, thus stimulating awareness of the needs and concerns of this population.
